Feeling Stuck In Life. How To Get Out Of This Slump?

I’m 23 years old, and a college student. I’m unemployed and can’t find a job anywhere. I really need the money to pay for books and car expenses. I don’t want to depend on my family for money forever. On top of that, I never had a girlfriend, kissed a girl, and I’m still a virgin. I always get friendzoned after pointless dates. Also I know a guy with no job is unattractive to girls. I don’t get out much because I hardly have friends. It’s frustrating because every time I try to make improvements with my life, nothing happens. I’m thankful to have the car I always wanted at least, but I still want to continue moving forward and enjoy life.
